Grocery and Pharmacy pick-up and delivery service provider receive special background inspection and confidential training and each are required to sign a confidential compliance agreement. As a special precaution all pharmacy prescription are delivered in a locked sealed package to remove any dough of custody of delivery from the pharmacy. If for any reason the seal is broken or other question about security the customer should immediate contact WhatNot Service for an immediate replacement at no additional cost. The service provider can only release groceries and pharmacy prescriptions to the named prescriber or parent or guardian after proper identification has been presented. The service provider has contracted with WhatNot Service to provide its customers and clients with expert and specialized service. We guarantee to meet your  service request needs and will ensure your experience is pleasant and free from stress. For any reason you’re not completely satisfied, based on your service request, WhatNot Service will make it right. Our providers have gone through a WhatNot Service training program to fine tune their skills to What Not specification. Each approved provider also undergoes a Better Business Bureau inspection.
